Grip Exercise 6: Bicep Curl

Grab the ball grip with your right hand, have the handle laying on your forearm, then grab the base of the handle grip with your left. While pushing the REZULTR® grip into your right hand, begin doing a curl with your right bicep. Repeat this motion 10 times. You can also do this exercise with wrist rolled outward or inward to maximize your arm’s range of mobility.

Caution: Failure to control REZULTR® while it is flexed can cause injury or damage. To ensure safe and proper use, slowly release REZULTR® from flexed position while retaining a strong grip.
