Place your right hand on the “ball grip” and your left hand on the “handle grip”. Using a pushing motion upwards with your left hand, stretch your right arm vertically, and continue reaching up, lengthening your right side.
To engage your right shoulder and upper back, rotate your right arm in clockwise and counter clockwise motions while continuing to push the REZULTR® head into the palm of your right hand. Begin with ten rotations in each direction and repeat on the other side. This sequence can also be done using the finger grip on your top hand.
Use the same pushing motion upwards with the left hand to push your right arm up and behind you, opening up your chest. You can pulse the motion or hold in a steady position. Repeat on the other side.
Caution: Failure to control REZULTR® while it is flexed can cause injury or damage. To ensure safe and proper use, slowly release REZULTR® from flexed position while retaining a strong grip.
