Exercise 22: Catcher’s Squat

Have the REZULTR® standing out in front of you with your arms extended stacked on the ball grip. With your legs shoulder distance apart, squat down as deep as you can, while keeping your back engaged and straight. To get an even deeper squat, turn your feet outward slightly. Hold for 30 seconds.

For extra support, you can use two REZULTR®s by placing one hand on top of each REZULTR®.

Caution: Failure to control REZULTR® while it is flexed can cause injury or damage. To ensure safe and proper use, slowly release REZULTR® from flexed position while retaining a strong grip.
