Exercise 13: Trunk Twist

Place the REZULTR® behind you on your lower back and grab the ball grips with each hand. Slightly push forward to engage your chest and put light pressure on your lower back. Next, twist to each side to open up your torso and spine. When twisting to the right, push with your left hand to open up the right side of your chest, and push with your right hand when twisting to the left to open up the left side of your chest.

You can modify this exercise by placing the REZULTR® on your mid back, upper back, or your shoulders to move the pressure to where ever it is needed. The higher you place the REZULTR®, the more your chest will open up too.

Caution: Failure to control REZULTR® while it is flexed can cause injury or damage. To ensure safe and proper use, slowly release REZULTR® from flexed position while retaining a strong grip.
