Exercise 1: Side Arm Shoulder Stretch

Exercise 1: Side Arm Shoulder Stretch

Start from the athletic position.
For this exercise, place your right hand on the ball grip and your left hand on the handle grip. Extend your right arm out from your side, parallel with the ground, and use your left hand to push your arm and shoulder outward, lengthening the stretch. Rotate your right arm in clockwise and counter clockwise motions. Begin with ten repetitions and repeat on the other side.

To lengthen your forearms, do this exercise using the finger grip.

To open your chest even more, use your left arm to push the REZULTR® and your right arm back, twisting your upper body while keeping your hips forward.

Caution: Failure to control REZULTR® while it is flexed can cause injury or damage. To ensure safe and proper use, slowly release REZULTR® from flexed position while retaining a strong grip.

Always check with your doctor to make sure you are healthy enough for exercise.
